Cancellation Policy – Little Blessings Soft Play

We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable! To help keep things fair and smooth for everyone, we’ve outlined our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • More than 7 Days Notice:
    Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled event will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional charge (subject to availability).

  • 3–6 Days Notice:
    Cancellations made within 3–6 days of your event date are eligible for a 50% refund or a reschedule with a $50 rebooking fee.

  • Less than 72 Hours Notice:
    Cancellations made within 72 hours of your event will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule once with a $75 rebooking fee (subject to availability).

Weather Policy (Outdoor Setups)

  • If severe weather is forecasted for your event date, we will work with you to reschedule or move the setup indoors if space allows. No penalty for weather-related changes if made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. This amount is applied toward your total rental cost.

No-Shows

  • If we arrive for setup and no one is available for access or communication within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the event will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
