Cancellation Policy – Little Blessings Soft Play
We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable! To help keep things fair and smooth for everyone, we’ve outlined our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
More than 7 Days Notice:
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled event will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional charge (subject to availability).3–6 Days Notice:
Cancellations made within 3–6 days of your event date are eligible for a 50% refund or a reschedule with a $50 rebooking fee.Less than 72 Hours Notice:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your event will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule once with a $75 rebooking fee (subject to availability).
Weather Policy (Outdoor Setups)
If severe weather is forecasted for your event date, we will work with you to reschedule or move the setup indoors if space allows. No penalty for weather-related changes if made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. This amount is applied toward your total rental cost.
No-Shows
If we arrive for setup and no one is available for access or communication within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the event will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
