Payment Terms & Conditions

Little Blessings Soft Play – “Where we bring the soft play fun to your little blessings’ special day!”

1. Booking Deposit

  • A non-refundable $100 CAD deposit (plus applicable HST) is required to secure your date and chosen package.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has cleared and you receive a written confirmation from Little Blessings Soft Play (“LBSP”).

2. Remaining Balance

  • 7 days before the event 100 % of the remaining rental fee - Payable by E-Transfer or Cash

  • Same-day bookings (accepted case-by-case) 100 % of total rental fee at time of booking - Payable by E-Transfer or Cash

3. Security/Damage Deposit

  • A refundable $200 CAD security deposit is required 24 hours before delivery (via e-transfer) or collected in cash on arrival.

  • After inspection, refunds are issued within 3 business days if no loss or damage is found.

  • Repair or replacement costs beyond $200 will be invoiced and are due within 7 days of the invoice date.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

  • E-Transfer: littleblessingssp@gmail.com (use event date as password, if required)

  • Cash: exact amount only, collected upon delivery (no change provided)

Cheques are not accepted. Returned or disputed payments incur a $35 administration fee plus any bank charges.

5. Taxes & Pricing

  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • Ontario HST (13 %) is added to all rental and service fees.

6. Late Payments & Collection

  • Payments more than 7 days overdue accrue 2 % interest per month (24 % per annum, compounded monthly).

  • LBSP reserves the right to employ third-party collection services; you are responsible for reasonable collection costs, court costs, and legal fees.

7. Additional / Overage Fees

  • Overtime use beyond contracted pickup time: Fee- $50 per additional 30 minutes

  • Excessive cleaning (food, glitter, face-paint, etc.): Fee- $75 flat

8. Charge Disputes

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date regarding any billing discrepancies.

  • Initiating a dispute or cancellation of payment without first contacting LBSP may result in permanent loss of booking privileges.

9. Force Majeure

LBSP is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, illness, power outages). Deposits remain non-refundable; however, we will make best efforts to reschedule within 12 months at no extra cost.

10. Agreement & Governing Law

Payment of any invoice or deposit signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Cancellation Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
